Tokyo Drift

This is funny. This is particularly funny because I just learned what Tokyo drift is from watching 4 (yes, that's FOUR) episodes of I Survived a Japanese Game Show last night. A day ago I would have been clueless....

100 Things About Myself

Once upon a time there's a blogger group that you can join if your blog contains a list on 100 things about yourself. I never was able to come up with 100 things so I never got to join the group. I'm not sure if the group is still around, but let me see if I can come up with 100 things now:-

1 - I have dark hair
2 - I have dark eyes
3 - I have a husband
4 - I have 2 cats, a long hair and a short hair one
5 - I have no kids, my cats are my kids
6 - I have a car, green
7 - I don't drink coffee
8 - I am allergic to alcoholic beverages
9 - I have never purchased a beverage at Starbucks
10 - I received a Starbucks mugs as a gift once, and have subsequently purchased 5 more myself (great scheme!)
11 - My favorite color is green
12 - I like tech gadgets more than your usual female stuff (purses, shoes, etc.)
13 - I have single child syndrome
14 - I am an agnostic atheist
15 - I found those who forces their religious viewpoint on others extremely distasteful
16 - I prefer cats over kids
17 - My favorite movies are Men in Black, Independence Day, and Day After Tomorrow (unfortunately Bridges of the Madison County and Titanic -- the staples that women like -- did not make my list)
18 - My strongest suit is that I am well aware of all my weaknesses and my weaknesses are... you don't really think I am going to tell you, do you?
19 - I hate stupid people.
20 - I enjoy fine dining and trying out new restaurants, especially different kinds of ethnic food.
21 - Softball is the only sport I like.
22 - I can speak two (2!!) languages.
23 - Eating is a passion of mine.
24 - Biological science is another passion of mine.
25 - My dream job is to work for USGS (but that boat has sailed).
26 - I am a strong supporter of gay marriage.
27 - I am a very literal person.
28 - I have a very short attention span.
29 - I have been told by many that I am very blunt.
30 - I have always been told that I am too happy (particularly for my age... what does that even mean?)
31 - I have OCD
32 - I am very susceptible to advertisements
33 - I hate making the same mistake twice.
34 - Much like Dexter's sister, my only tool is a sledge hammer...
35 - I hate wasting people's time
36 - I hate more when people waste my time.
37 - I love watching Chinese ghost movies
38 - I also hate Chinese ghost movies when they keep me from sleeping at night

** #9 and #7 are no longer true... but I am not going to renumber everything so it's staying.
